Workplace Buzzwords Be Gone!

Appearing a little foolish isn’t the only danger of using worn-out buzzwords. You can also confuse people if your industry jargon is unfamiliar to them. This is especially true in the workplace.

A Robert Half survey recently identified the most common workplace buzzwords. Following are just a small handful. Are you guilty of using the following terms?

· Game changer — As in, “Transitioning from products to solutions was a game changer for our company.”

· Value-add — As in, “We have to evaluate the value-add of this initiative before we invest more.”
